Terms of service

Agreement to terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Nursing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; see "Changes to these terms" below.

What Nursing is

Nursing is a study platform for nursing students: NCLEX-style practice questions, notes, a study calendar, community discussion, and related tools. It's a study aid, not a substitute for your accredited nursing program, your instructors, or clinical training, and completing content on Nursing doesn't guarantee that you'll pass the NCLEX or any other exam.

Accounts

You need an account to use most of the site. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know at hello@nursing.gg if you believe your account has been compromised.

Usernames are first-come, first-served and can't be used to impersonate someone else or claim an identity that isn't yours.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account page and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Pro Annual is billed upfront for the full year and is non-refundable, including within the first 14 days.

We may change plan pricing going forward; we won't change the price of a period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the question bank or other paid content
  • Share an account or Pro access with people who haven't paid for it
  • Harass, impersonate, or post abusive content toward other members in the community, messages, or profiles
  • Attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the site or other accounts
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own what you write, notes, community posts, profile details, and anything else you create on Nursing. By posting something publicly (a community thread, reply, or public profile content), you're giving us permission to display it on the site to the audience that content is meant for. We don't sell your content or use it to train our own models.

Nursing owns the question bank, rationales, site design, and other content we create. Don't reproduce or redistribute it outside the site.

Third-party integrations

Nursing's calendar tool can optionally sync your shifts, classes, and study events to Google Calendar if you connect your Google account. This is entirely opt-in, you can disconnect it anytime from the calendar page, which also revokes Nursing's access on Google's side. See our privacy policy for details on what that integration accesses.

Disclaimers

Nursing is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the question bank and other content clinically accurate, but nothing on the site is medical advice, and we don't guarantee the content is error-free or that using it will lead to any particular exam result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nursing isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to Nursing won't exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Nursing and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or for extended inactivity on free accounts. If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation follows the billing terms above rather than immediate termination.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nursing after a change means you accept the updated terms.
